getting your car towed is never fun but this was an unbelievably vile experience. When I expressed to the guy that paying their $245 fee would place great financial hardship on me he told me to “go to a soup kitchen”. On July 31, 2021 I was involved in a car accident at Beach 79 St & Beach Channel Dr and NYPD used this tow truck company to tow my vehicle under a program called DARP. Darp has a strict policy and cap on the fees this company is allowed to charge. It’s $125 for the initial tow, $25 for the first three days of storage, and $27 after the first three days. Also $4 for every additional mile. Well Dennis the owner charged my insurance company $6,723 because he have you sign an authorization paper which is supposed to be you releasing your vehicle to IAA for you insurance company to pick up, however, the form is actually a form he put together for you to wavier the DARP fees, rules and regulations so he can charge your insurance company a higher price with all these fees which will affect your insurance rates in the near future. Your insurance will go up based on the SCAM he is running. So now Casino Towing Services is located at 71-05 Beach ChannelDrive and D&L Automotive is located at 354A Beach Channel Dr. He owns both. So Casino Tows your car and once you sign the release form along with all the other form given it goes to D&L and the come up with an estimate about your vehicle. He charged 285 to tow my vehicle from Beach 70 St to Beach 71 st. DARP States is should be $125. Again he gave a paper waving the rights of DARP. Now when you call the police they say there’s nothing they can do.So Here’s the fees they chargedPull out feeStorage feeTowing feeYard feeAdministration feeClean out feeAfter all these fees they charged my insurance company $6,723. NYPD said they couldn’t do anything about that it’s between him and the insurance company but you will be affected and they have peoples vehicles towed there over and over again for this company to scam your insurance . Very nice staff,very reasonable and helped me out with everything. i cant complain about the service just upset that the city made them tow my Nissan but that wasn't their fault. so I'm just happy they got me in and out. THANK YOU CASINO!!!

Horrible cutomer service. Scammers and love praying on individuals. They are in cohoots with the cops and they will hold your vehicle and try to charge you extra and ask for uneccesary paper work. I feel sorry for you if you have to deal with this company. Stay away.

Staff was very friendly although I was upset after my girlfriends car was towed when someone from Beach 62nd Street complained the car was there for 7 days and they wanted the parking spot. They actually do a little bit of everything here, auto body etc. check it out!
