It is unreasonable to expect people to just show up HOPING that they have what you need since they either unhooked or powered off their phone and won't take a call. Far as I'm concerned it's absolut trash. Even before the internet we had phone books and phones and the BBB would shut people down for false advertising like that. That's what we get for living in an era where the rules are for everybody but yourself.
