I can't say enough about what great people Tammy and Costanza are. With everything that's happened to be treated with patience and understanding by both women puts me at ease. They have worked with me during these times in ways many people would never even touch. Personable, friendly and kind to those others they see struggling. Tammy is a amazing person for the past couple of months I have been struggling to make payments on my car some times I can only give her half of the payment and she very understanding of it. She understands everyone goes through hard times and she tries to help u out as best as she can. She a amazing person inside and out and I will definitely recommend you go purchase a vehicle from this company.

My husband and I bought our truck in October of 2019, we have kept our payments and insurance current the entire time we have had our truck, in the last 9 weeks my husband has had 2 back surgery's and has been off since June. City Auto Sales has been great if I've needed to split my payments up or make different arrangements.. they are very sweet and have even asked about how my husband was doing..Not sure what the 1 stars are about, I haven't experienced any of what they are saying, our truck hasn't had any issues and we have been completely happy with them..

This place sold me a truck for 12 thou and 45 days later I need major work done to a valve that will cost 1500 and they refuse to help at all with it my name is selby chase and city auto sales just screwed me

Unprofessional service is what we received this passed weekend from this dealership but to them is was an honest mistake and it happens our car note was paid on a Saturday on 8/28/21 the man that took the money don't normally do but he did because someone was to "Lazy" to check there books and put it in the computer 21 day's later they assume the car note wasn't paid they repo our car 9/18/21 so 2 day's we without a car because someone was too dam Lazy to double check before they repo our car.. Monday morning we go there Tammy said it was an honest mistake.... No that's unprofessional that's what that is yall need to do better....We will not be doing business with city auto anymore.And I wouldn't recommend No to them 😡😡

Do not buy your vehicle from these scam artist. Bought a truck from them and within one days time the check engine light came on. They said they would make it right and replaced what the light said was the problem and it came right back on with the same issue. When I brought the issue back to them they said oh well your on your own buddy you bought it as is . I am currently in the middle of a small claims court case being filed upon them . Yes their vehicles are as is but if you can prove in court that they knew an issue existed when they sold it to you they can be sued . They are evidently not smart enough to know that the Chevy dealership was able to pull the code history on the truck and it clearly shows when they took possession of the truck the dates that they more than once cleared the codesBefore selling it to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

If i had the option of NO STAR i would definitely not put one! They don’t deserve one!These people are SO rude especially the lady who answer phones! & the owner (the guy) he’s a bit rude too! But we didn’t deal with him like the lady!Their disrespectful when you have questions about your vehicle and their response is SO unprofessional. I was unable to make it on Saturday, to the Santa Fe location before they closed,and Costanza went out of her way on her day off to meet me! I bought the truck that i came for and will be doing more business with them in the future. So happy!
