    Always friendly nice people. I hated the reason i had to call citywide and it was cause my car quit on me and i had no other choice but to call them. I would recommend citywide to anyone.

    I called them on a Saturday, and they informed me that the car scrapping services was only done M-F so I called back later in the week.Fast service, great customer service, and friendly employees! The employee came and got my car, hooked her up, and had me follow them to the yard where I handed over the title and my ID while they weighed the car. It didn't take more than 5 minutes to weigh and they paid me in cash. Since I was a little bit out of city limits of Springfield on the north-east end, they charged me $15 and took it off of the total payout from the weight of the car. No problem!Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my service. City Wide Towing greatly exceeded my expectations!

    Are you kidding highest towing 175.to go 3 blocks told 20 a day to keep get there 25 a day it's rediculas also they have all insurance info won't give you car till paid then they close at five and closed on weekends really I have told to other salvage co. It's 12 a day and they are available any time to get your car so people run from City Wide

    Very friendly....(((((. Do not mix these guys up with City Wide of Cincinnati.))))))) City Wide towing of Cincinnati is a joke.. very nasty drivers very unfriendly. Before I would use them I would call Good Will and let them tow my car.................
