Absolutely disappointed in the managements knowledge and dedication towards customer support. You would think In a customer based business, the staff would have an understanding of what they’re paid to do. Nope, not the case with COPART. Absolutely nothing positive to say about my experience with this company. I’ve purchased 30+ cars from this company and not a single pleasant experience.

My insurance had my truck towed here for the inspection. Once they declared it totaled I did owner retention and getting copart to release the vehicle was a struggle and a half. Once I finally received the truck after several 30 min hold times on the phone with them part that were unrelated to the accident were taken off and not in my possession, there were several bumpers of other cars in the bed of my truck, several parts of the truck that had functioned before don't now including my transmission. Overall terrible service in every form of service from them. Strongly do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if that was an option

Worst customer service, rude staff. Assistant manager name Kristy won’t help at all and she gets rude when you ask for something. You need an appointment to pick up cars but they don’t care about it. Be prepared to be there at least 5 hours. Manager is useless too. They don’t care about customers. Cars description is a scam too, they put Run and Drive for cars that have a hole in the engine, and won’t give you your money back. Be careful.

People inside nice . The fees went up again . For the amount of money Copart makes of the little guy trying to make it you’d think we’d get treated better along with being a premium member . Took 3 hours last week to get loaded . Didn’t load anyone . For 3 hours .

Be prepared to wait 4-5 hours to get your car Copart is not worth anymore for car carrier You lose your entire fkn day here. Good to know, will never ever come back

On our way there something popped off a dump truck and smashed my windshield. Once we arrive the staff was very nice and helpful although we had a lot of people waiting it took only about 45 minutes for them to pull the car to the front so we can get our personal items out of it.

-F, this place has virtually no customer support. They don't care how long you have to wait. They'll notice you standing there needing help, but them FAT rear end ladies keep their FAT rear ends sitting in their chairs and keep on munching their chips and don't care to help. Terrible terrible customer service.

My husband and I lost our car on New Years day this year. We called USAA and received the total lost documents within 48 hours..We drove to the COPART in Baton Rouge on the 17th of January, delivered the paperwork and USAA deposited the funds in our account on Thursday, January 20th. COPART did an awesome job.

You pay a crazy amount in fees and they wont even load the units you buy........Not only am I a purchaser I am also a transporter. Thieves.........They get your money and wont even help ya load. And you only have 3 days to pickup your units and then guess what?????? More fees.
