Buyers/sellers be careful they are thieves!!! They will steal parts from the cars or vandalized them after sale. Bought a vehicle and went to pickup the car, the catalytic converter/ exhaust system was cut off from the car. Reached out to the GM Daniel Sullivan and Steve Bender to help investigate or reimbursement for the damage. I asked them to resolved this matter, but was told to be quiet and don't ask otherwise you will lose your membership. The final response from them was to STOP email/call no one will respond it.

Copart is horrible! They damaged my vehicle with their forklift. I have fully documented the damage with photos and my local Honda dealership service department. Every time I call Copart, and every time my insurance company (USAA) calls Copart, we get the run around. If your vehicle ends up at Copart after an accident, don’t expect to get the vehicle back in the same condition it was in when they received it. In my case, Copart’s forklift crushed my Honda Pilot’s muffler bent the driveshaft, and dented the drivers side back door. Copart is horrible, but don’t take my word for it. Check out their very extensive list of complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Not honorable, don't keep their word. They said they'll mail the documents for free, since they didn't have them ready when I came to pick up the car. Now they want $30 to send the documents 20 miles to downtown San Jose. I called them 3 times to confirm if everything is ready to pick up the car before coming. Avoid dealing with copart if you can.

Copart is the absolute best in customer service. In a business that is so much pressure, they never fail to be patient, respectful and genuinely friendly.

Needing to have a car towed after it’s been totaled by insurance for tree damage is a stressful process. This towing company didn’t help make that process any less stressful. I got a call from them to schedule the tow on Monday (the call of course came from an unknown number so I couldn’t reach them if needed). They said the tow truck would arrive between 8 and 4 and they would call an hour before so I would know when to expect them. When it got to be 3:30, and I still hadn’t heard anything and didn’t know how to plan the rest of my day, I called my insurance agent who then called the company. They said that since they are a 24 hour company, the driver could come anytime. So, why bother making an appointment in the first place??? People arrange their schedules based on appointments, so it’s best if the appointment means something. So, they didn’t come on Monday. On Tuesday, I got a call from the tow truck driver saying he was at my residence to get my car. If I had been given an hour notice like I expected, it wouldn’t have been a big deal to have it towed on Tuesday. So to minimize inconvenience to me, I re-scheduled to have the car towed for Friday. Then, on Friday, the tow truck driver called and said he was at my residence, again not giving me any notice ahead of time. So, I had to rush back home while in the middle of something. All it takes is calling or sending a text message or leaving a voicemail or doing anything else that would take 30 seconds to do in order to immensely reduce the trouble that the car owners have to go through. It’s a very simple improvement. The people in the office should not set appointments and they should not claim that the driver will notify ahead of arriving if appointments are meaningless and drivers don’t call. And yes, I know that I don’t technically have to be home when the driver comes. They say you can just leave a key in the car. However, I think it’s reasonable that I would be uncomfortable doing that since I don’t want to take any risks with leaving a key in the car. Just call ahead of arriving, and this process would be so much simpler.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. They have bad service, also they don't show you everything you need to see on the pictures until you receive the surprise the car has more damage than expected, even drivers said many costumers were disappointed when they receive there cars because they don't take nice and clean pictures. YOUR TIME IS NOT WOTHTED

refused to let my wife use the restroom. they already charge a bunch of fees and make a lot of money from buyers but cant even let you use the restroom?. also the staff have a bad attitude towards customers.

I have to say how disgusting the service here is. I completely understand that you close at 5 PM, But out of the 20 people I saw rushing to get off work not one had time to help me!? I get off work at 4 PM almost every day because I am a manager as well and I live in San Jose so it takes me another 45 minutes to get here. I got here before five and would’ve really appreciated some help to grab my personal items from my car but obviously some employees only give a damn about being off on time. I apologize if this rant seems is undeserved but I just want you to know that if you showed up five minutes before I closed my coffee shop, I would still help you!
