In years past the service was good. The last yr no one answers the phone. I am now waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer. I’ll check with hilltop or Yaeger salvage. I know they answer their phones. Now50 minutes and phone still ringing. Their website says they are open. Good bye cousineau

Finding parts is not the hard part, having good people to help find those parts is the hardest part. Kristian took the time to help me find the part i needed . treated me like a human, not some doll that has no clue. the staff is overloaded and understaffed. but the ladies at the Weston location make parts buying easy and fun, will still keep buying from them.

Cousineaus is not a good place to work for if you want a counter sales position, very unprofessional sales staff. They make promises on there hiring posting on indeed but when you start that all changes. They say that they offer Benefits and commission but then make it impossible to achieve without charging customer sometimes the NEW part price for junk. There is not that bad of a national parts shortage to charge that much for certain items. I would not recommend applying for any sales position unless you like that "CUT THROAT" market, especially within the sales team. Senior Sales Staff will and I repeat WILL take you high number tickets and not look back then accuse you of stealing a customer that they have never talked to before EVER.
