Five stars aren’t enough! Cody is truly exceptional at what he does. He demolished our ceilings, walls, two bathrooms and a brick flower bed. The job was incredibly challenging, because it is a 1950s house with concrete and wire under the top layer of drywall material. It is very difficult to remove and incredibly heavy. He sent me daily picture updates as he worked his way through the home. It was always a pleasure to speak with him, because he was so genuinely upbeat and positive. My house is now stripped to the studs. Cody left it so clean that it looks like a new build. Absolutely spotless! I wish I could find contractors of the same caliber as Cody Cowart for all the jobs I have left to do before we move in. His work ethic and attention to detail are impeccable. I would recommend him 100% without hesitation.

Cody did a great job for a fair price and I highly recommend. Cody demoed a shed (including concrete slab) and gazebo in a timely manner and was able to work around my schedule with minimal disturbance. Cody was able to get all the right tools for the job and was even kind enough to make sure the demo area was properly cleaned at the end of the job. Will definitely be contacting him again for future projects.

He was professional, personable, respectful and I feel that his rate was reasonable for the time he spent and the results achieved.
