This place is good if you want to pick up a part but NEVER go here to sell your scrap copper unless you would like to get paid $1-$1.50 less per pound. At the time they offered $2.50 lb bare bright when at fair yards they offer $3.60lb and insulated #2 they offered $ .50 when in fair yards they offer over $2.00lb. They count on low balling because they’re the only ones open Saturday and one of the only yards in Newark. There’s one in Hebron only opened on weekdays. They have good prices. But BEWARE of this place! Don’t settle! Save your copper up and go somewhere fair!

Love this place 💞! Very well ran! For the most part the staff is friendly and there's lots of great finds. You know what they say, " One (Wo)Man's junk is another (Wo)Man's treasure!" And I sure find a lot of treasures here!!

They're always there and helpful! Needed a 16" & 17" spare and rim.

Place is a joke. Call to ask for a part and they say “sure, come and take a look”.

Its not often these days to find some good people who aren't out to just take your money. I went here yesterday and the gentleman at the front desk saved me from putting bad tires on my daughters car even though he lost a sale.

Changed set up now u have to climb over cars to get to other sections. They need to decide if they want to sell parts or not

I Took some scrap metal there, first load was fine second load check was a few dollars short from the first load no problem I understand that a small weight difference3rd check was even significantly lower than the second Were talking almost $100.00 differenceSo i went back loaded more on the next load then the previous thinking more weight more $ right since it's according to weight right? It only makes senseWrong!!!! loaded more weight and check was even lower than previously with more weightAnd check printed lower then what the PC screen saidI asked how could this be out of curiosity just so I understood how it works they said that's what the scale saysI know what u might thinking this might be normal and it depends on what scrap I brought in right ?Well heres the problemI brought in some appliances all the same make year and model and even color and no one was riding with me and same number appliances on each load except for the last load which I squeezed one more inSo how can there be a major diff and price goes down each load after the first with the same number app on each load as the 1st load only 30 min apartThey said it's by weight and that's what the scale saysTo.me its only common sense all same make and model appl. Same quantity on each load major difference on check only 30 min time between loads and the day before alsoI guess I'm an idiot not a big deal just wanted to share my experience that's all

Very upset and disappointed with the whole company. I called about doors for my Dakota the nice woman stated they had two doors. I have this recorded with what was told before I drove an hour out of my way. I showed up the woman that I talk to on the phone introduced herself she was very nice and kind. When the woman introduced me to a guy that was supposed to help me he was very snooty and rude. And to remind you I'm a businessman myself I was very kind and I kept my patience. The man sent me out to the yard to look for to certain Dakotas I walk the whole field asked the fellow that sent me out to the yard to help me he blew me off twice. I called into the office and ask someone to help me I was hung up first and I have that on recording as well. I called the fellow back and he stated that he would help me he never came back near did he ever leave the desk. I have any kind of proof to back it up. I went inside and I asked them if they could look into the computer and see where the Dakotas war. Come to find out the Dakotas that I was promised they had was two different colors and did not have what was from the woman before I made the trip. Every person except the woman was very rude. I even asked before I left after all that hard time to find out they did not even have my doors I asked if they had a Pacific motor before I even told the guy what it was he was already shaking his head no. NEED TO CHANGE WHO WORKS THERE. Hope the owner see this because no one should put up with this.

Good prices on parts. Customer service marginal. Webpage says they unload scrap steel. No one ever came to offer any help. Scap metal price marginal. Could have made more going to Mt. Vernon (I live right between newark and Mr. Vernon).
