Fast service, the driver was very friendly and the price was very good for an after hours tow. They also have uhaul trailers available. Would recommend.

This place over charged me by hundreds of dollars i got the same service done in less time In ohio and they charged me $500 less for the same services as D&K...... the customer service is horrific they can't communicate like a normal person they are rude and inappropriate their quality is disgusting I can't say enough negative things about these people. But charging me more then $500 dollars more then anyone else should say it all...DONT COME HERE!

D& K is amazing. We called to have a car towed 2 miles, insurance wanted us to wait in the heat for over 2 hours. D&K sent Lane out to help us. Called and said he would be there as quick as he could. We might have waited 30 minutes for him, that's all. He was very very respectful and professional. Lane got right to work getting the car loaded, and made sure that we had another vehicle to drive before leaving with the car. He deliverd the car to the requested location without hesitation. Even in this extreme heat working his heart out he was so sweet and happy. We made sure before he left that he was paid, and gave him a big glass of ice cold water... He was so appreciative of the drink.We will definitely use D & K in the future. Darrin, makes sure he has top notch guys working for him. We never worry about something happening... Maybe If you treated my sister and brother-in-law with respect when they broke down 4 years ago, she wouldn't still be fuming mad. Thanks for not allowing her family photos or prescription medications from her broken down vehicle. When I called you twice and then traveled all the way from Ohio to try for her, you also treated me like trash. You sir are the worst business owner I've ever dealt with. Told me she could have her vital prescription medications for 600 dollars. You come off to me as someone who kept those anxiety medications for your own use. You also said you burned our deceased family members photos and laughed about it too. Zero compassion for anyone who isn't born or raised here. Shame on you.Service: Car towing

Just called for an emergency tow and hung up on me. Poor Customer Service. NOT 24HRS LIKE IT SAID. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY TOW NEEDED THEY WILL NOT HELP.

they say they are 24 hr operation? not when I needed help, they didn't answer the phone, or returned my call, I left a message on their voicemail. So, not impressed. If someone wanted to set up an actual 24 hr. towing and road service, that'd be a good area to do it.

towed my car and installed a alternator, alternator was in stalled wrong and had to get another alternator put on "professionally" they over charged me and firestone felt bad that they worked with me on a good price due to how bad this place screwed me over. paid $800 for a simple alternator installment that took them 3hrs to fix. very unprofessional staff and extremely disrespectful..... SAVE MONEY AND TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Spoke with Darren the day before going to pick up my impounded vehicle and he said they open at 8:30am. The day i went to pick up my vehicle he showed up 40 minutes later. And was rude when i called him to check that he was on his way to the shop. He said that what did i wanted to acomplish by calling him. That a call will not make him get any faster.

Towed a rolled over semi on a Saturday afternoon. Called Sunday morning at 8:45 and was told that "it's Sunday morning and I'm asleep, I don't need 20 questions". Doesn't sound like he's much of a business man talking to customers like that. Probably just a back woods bumpkin trying to make a living anyway he can...I know that I want recommend this company to anyone.
