Scott Goodman (owner) What a stand up guy. We were stranded 100 miles from home I had 2 young children. Not only did he show up on time. he helped us get into a local hotel and showed up the next morning on his personal time and took my family 30 miles to get us a rent a car while my vehicle was repaired, this saved my family vacation. 2/12/2020 in north east ohio was a quick heavy snowfall i was an hour and half away from where Scott was at 230 am. he was the nicest selfless people i have ever met. my suspension was out in my car and my tires we like slicks. his truck was clean very comfortable and he picked up my semi aggressive pitbull without hesitation. thank you so much Scott for you kindness and making a horrible situation good.

Helped me out when none of the insurance company’s contracted providers would answer the phone. Fair price for the service when you consider labor plus all the expenses of a big flatbed and unloaded/loaded mileage too. More than happy to pay market price for something I cannot do myself. Nice dude. Showed up to work and did the job well. Very grateful.

We broke down in Berlin and needed a tow back to Mount Vernon. Scott arrived thinking he was only towing to a local service center but learned that we needed a tow 46 miles instead. He was a gentleman about it and I had a pleasant time learning his story on the hour drive back in the tow truck and he had to miss a date with his wife. Was rude charged me $158 to put a donut tire on my car. Hey $38 to air up my donut seriously.

Expensive and over priced and rude do not recommend them at all . My car broke down right in front of their building and they charged me 100$ did not ask them to tow it !
