Recently purchased vehicle from here. They were very friendly and laid back. The process was smooth and I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. I called about a car, said I would like to test drive it. We scheduled a time and I came in and drove it a bit, returned, signed the papers and I was out. Everyone that worked with me from the front desk clerk to my sales person Bob Mattingly, to the one who guided me through the paperwork, were all very helpful. Thank you everyone at this location. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a smooth process, friendly people and no pressure.

Friendly, efficient and KNOWLEDGEABLE service department! Even though I bought my car (used) at a different dealership (that didn't even do a service on it when they took it in trade) the staff at Dan Powers took excellent care of all the minor warranty issues the car was having.The Service Department at Dan Powers replaced the junk battery, one switch, the moon roof shade AND the radiator and gave me a loaner while they did it! All things that should have been done before I ever got the car. Dan Powers stepped up when the other dealership stepped away. This is the only place I'll take vehicles from now on.

Went & saw Gary about a Focus st. I arranged a meeting with him & we texted a bit back & forth. It was about a two hour drive, and we're glad we made the trip. Gary left me alone to look it over, then handed me the keys. So, I took the spouse to check out passenger stuff, and I drove it a bit. I suppose I could have driven all day.... or at least the 172 miles until I needed gas. I was never told.They got the paperwork done pretty fast. They also got the payment & terms the way I wanted. Keith, the finance guy, explained everything to me as I signed all the papers. Then I got a hat..... even one for the spouse. We look cool now. Steve McQueen cool.These guys didn't pressure me on anything. Although I was an easy sale, I never felt pushed or rushed. Just a couple of guys talking cars.Also, I don't really like stuff like buying cars, but, these guys made it as painless as possible. Kudos and thanks.
