We have a junker that needs to be moved. We called Don's because they are LESS than 5 minutes down the road. On Monday we called and were told the driver was busy if he couldn't get to us then Tuesday morning at the latest. Tuesday morning nothing. So we called back 3 times. Each time being told she couldn't get ahold of the driver but that he would be here to pick up the truck. WELL ITS WEDNESDAY AND GUESS WHAT NO CALL NO DRIVER NO APOLOGY. . . NOTHING!!! Curious how there are so many good reviews! It's ok though because of their incompetence I was able to get a better deal and had a much better experience with their competitors.

Great place!...if you like to work, There are many usable car part for good prices. Imports and american models. Good Tires, engines transmissions and windshields. They go fast so dont miss your opportunity to check them out. Even if you just need a aftermarket stereo. Have fun and please be safe. Make sure you bring your tools. My son and I had been looking for a replacement door lock and actuator for an older model Hyundai without success. I went into Don's Car Crushing and although they didn't have a compatible vehicle in stock, Kevin quickly found a replacement part in their network of dealers. I paid, and he had it in 24 hours later. The cost was about 1/2 the cost of a new part, but that included overnight shipping to get hold of it, and they gave me a 6 months warranty. When it arrived, I couldn't find a part number on it, and there are several similar parts around which are not all compatible. But Kevin assured me that if it didn't fit, he would find me the correct one. No problem, because it did fit, and it works great. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended. And I've just gone back for another part, which speaks volumes... :-)

Went here to sell cans and the scale looks normal but at the end when I’m waiting for payout my son gets on the scale and it’s off by 50lbs from what he weighed so the scale is broken or it’s on a negative number. We did bring it up and they couldn’t explain but it wasn’t worth it so we just left. Be an honest business. The Employees were nice and very helpful!
