Customer service was not very good. But that is no problem anymore since they are closed. Their trailer is gone and phone disconnected.

DAN IS THE MAN. Let me tell ya this guy was backed up for 3 weeks but was still willing to help me out on a Friday. He was very thorough and made sure future hazards where taken care of as well.

Ever since the fire it's been hard for them to come back. They are working out of a camper, the dude barely answers the phone, and I got charged on my card twice for the same purchase on different days

I'd rate zero if possible. There phone didn't work. And I emailed them 4 days ago about a part and still haven't received a reply. Not sure if they only deal with other businesses or what.
