MY EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD BUT THIS TIME IT WAS OUTSTANDING.WHEN A MECHANIC PUT ON THE "SAME ALTERNATOR HE TOOK OFF" THE FINE FOLKS AT DECATUR AUTO PARTS TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT FOR THE COST OF GETTING ME A 2ND ONE AND DELIVERING IT. {THAT'S WHEN THE DRIVER NOTICED WE HAD THE UNIT THAT WAS DELIVERED THE FIRST TIME WAS NOT ON THE VEHICLE}. GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE.

Ordered a hood and fender told them what color and condition i needed and what i got was not even close and cost more than the one i ended up with in better condition, they wanted to argue about it when i brought it to their attention. Poor showing with the customer service on that transaction.
