    We were stranded in the dark on 40W. The police called in Diamond D to assist with getting the car to a place that could replace the battery. Fischer picked us up and was so kind and helpful. They replaced the battery and found the problem to actually be the alternator. Diamond D took the initiative and contacted a local mechanic. The car was fixed for a reasonable price and we were back on the road by 10am. Excellent customer service, kind and helpful! Highly recommended!Services: Car towing, Battery, Battery service

    Dumped over my brother's motorcycle after picking it up after an accident and damaged the gas tank but won't pay for a new one. Only put one strap over the seat and act like they don't know why the bike fell. We should sue them.

    We called this company to get a price on getting our car towed to our home and the man that answered the phone was VERY rude to begin with and he was talking as if we could not afford to get the car towed and rushing us off the phone! Very Very rude and unprofessional! If I could put a 0 rating I would!

    Charged us $1980 to split tow our truck and trailer from Madison, AR to Memphis. It was a police call out for an accident so they charged maximum rates which were ridiculous. Local competitor quoted $1300 which is average rate for this area but the police called them so we were stuck with them. Will never use again and would not recommend any one else use them.
