Just went to day. To scrap copper wire. I was told on phone a price. Got to the place was told a lower price while the wire was in the truck. They put the wire on the scale. And I was told and even lower price than before. So long story short this place employs scam artists and I will never do business with this place again.

This place is a rip off. The guys there know how to play the game. Tried to tell me stainless was steel

Biggest scam ever!!!! I have been using this place for over 5 years but never will I ever use them again. I brought this company over 1300 pounds of metal recently and they gave me half of what every other company around said they have gave me. Do not use this company at all! Unless you want to get cheated out of your own money. Would have rated zero stars if I could have.

My first time in a scrap yard, and it was very great all the employees were so welcoming including the secretary Gisel.

Great place to go to get rid of scrap at. Friendly , fast , they treat you like family.

The owner will cheat the customers and he will cheat and under pay his employees.Metal prices fluctuate on a daily prices depending on the demand,but at the owners knowledge he pays the customers at the lowest.All I'm saying is be very careful on your experience at Diana's scrape metal.

Cheap and you have to watch scales they added a 1000 pounds to my trucks weight on the second go around on the scale so make sure you know how much your vehicle and trailer weigh

We have gone there many times and knew they were not being truthful about what kind of copper and aluminum we had but it was less than $10 each time so we paid it no mind. But don't call up there because they never answer and if you show up even 5 minutes after closing time with the smallest amount of scrap they will turn you away quick. Seems to me they are just lazy!!
