I had to get towed after my car broke down in the Home Depot parking lot. Chris was quick to get there, polite, and even diagnosed the problem. While I got a ride home from a relative, he took my car to a repair shop where I live in Cashmere. He even dropped it off with a note about what was wrong. Thank you!

Just had a long day and it got worse when my vehicle broke down on the side of the highway.. From the time we made the call , to my car being in the driveway took less than an hour.. I was pretty amazed. Not only was J.W. extremely quick at getting the vehicle loaded and unloaded but I was genuinely impressed at his skills backing into our crowded driveway and putting my vehicle in the perfect spot for working on later.After he got our signature on the paperwork he stuck around and asked about the car and what was wrong with it and he gave me a bunch of things to try.Thank you JW!

I broke down in the middle of nowhere and unfamiliar with the area. I sent a screen shot of my GPS, they found me, towed me to my hotel, then Nate came to look at my car. They were unable to fix it but sent me to a service shop that was awesome as well.I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and caring team!

Friendly service and good rates. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with them today June 22 2016. My vehicle was well taken care of no scratches or damages that weren't there before. If I ever need a tow again this will be my number one choice.

I was released from the hospital and asked to pick my truck up.... the guy was polite and said he’d be there in an hour. I waited Close to 3 hours! I called back multiple times.... no answer. Finally I called WSP and the same very polite guy showed up and proceeded to change me $95 for an after hours fee!!! Complete insult to injury. $ 488 to bring my driveable truck in from rock island. 1.75 hours!!! On a flatbed! They could have pushed it faster. Shame on you WSP for contracting this company!!!
