Good place for hard to find parts but kinda pricey..

The people at Dixie Auto Parts are great! They change the oil and do any repairs needed on my vehicle in a very timely manner. I highly reccomend their services.

The man who runs the business is condescending and judgemental, while keeping a smirk on his face and trying to fake empathy. Steer clear of this establishment unless they obtain new management! Jimmy will try to rip you off by charging you for work that wasn't done.

Mr. Jimmy is the best. Their prices are fair and they always offer you the best deals possible. I recommend Dixie Auto to all those who need their cars, truck,or suvs fixed or they need parts at a fair price.

They hurry up and rush you out. All they wanna do is sell you ten parts of what you don't need and not one part of what you do need. If your looking for over priced cheaply made parts then they're your guys. I will never waste another cent there avoid at all cost or you'll be charged out the ass for a $2.00 fix

They had my truck for a 2 hr Freeze plug job and didnt get to the truck for 3 days and when they did they said I needed a head job. Once we came to an agreement to do the job and a down payment was placed on it to start they told me everyday they were about to pull it in the shop not knowing I would drive by everyday and the truck would be in the same spot. After 3 weeks of this and calling them out on it the manager became very rude and nasty so I demanded my money and truck back. It took another week to get my truck from them and they gave me an itemized statement showing all kind of work equaling to the amount I put down so I wouldn't receive any money back. I've had the car back for 3 days and its not run out yet and I flushed my water system and it had straight water in it but they charged me for 3 gallons of 50/50. They were going to charge me for a $800-1200 head job which it seems I dont even need and fluids that weren't even in my car

The custom service is bad Jimmy is very nasty at the mouth. I ordered some letters for my car by his son the letters were to small they refuse to refund my money jimmy told his son not to go on the internet to order stuff but he refused and did so anyway as a result of that he order the wrong letters and refuse to give me my money back. We can’t allow people that you keep in business to treat us any kind of way I reported it to the BBB I will never them my service again

The owner is very rude and disrespectful, he told me to bring my car back on a day when someone could look at it and when I did he got rude and disrespectful, saying he never told me to come back. He has poor customer service
