    Unprofessional and rude.Gave out the wrong name of the business on the scene of the accident, making it harder to contact the business. I'm good with google, I found the business based on the owners name. I was given a different number to call after calling the listed number. Wasting more valued time as the tow price goes up daily. After talking to and meeting staff members I am confident there was an effort to pervent me from picking up my towed property promptly. Staff was unprofessional, and made gestures and that were clearly negative. Why would he appear upset when I am kind and paying for, and picking up my rarely seen property so fast?

    Our trailer tire blew out on the highway. Tow truck showed up with 25 min...on a saturday!! He towed our trailer to a tire shop and didnt waste any time. He even explained the prices before hooking it up. Very professional and friendly, we were back on the road in no time!
