Robert was wonderful!! I was stuck on the side of the road, and even though it was ‘after hours’ he took the job and drove me home, all the way to Rochester! He even stopped so I could get a water at a rest stop! He was very friendly and laid back! Highly recommend this place!! Thank you for the wonderful customer service Robert!

I Just have to say Rob has always been there for me if I need a tow, repairs, unlock my truck door when I lock my keys in, plowly driveway when it snows and also sold me a great lil SUV. He's not only there for my auto repair needs, he a great guy to know. All I have to do is call and no matter what he'll be there. Great owner and mechanic. Top Notch.

DO NOT buy a car from them. The check engine light came on within 3 days of getting the car home, and within 2 months I've had to replace 2 catalytic converters ($2200) and the car still doesn't run properly. I'm selling it before I lose any more money. They just patch up broken down cars with bandaid fixes that last long enough for you to throw away thousands of dollars before you realize the car is literal junk. I trusted all the positive reviews, but those are for their towing services, not car sales. Just buy from a reputable dealer.

Wailed a deer earlier and called my dad for recommendation on a tower as the car was totaled. He sent Rob from Druker Auto. First thing he did was ask if I was okay and preceded to help me with any important things I needed to take away with me. Loaded car fast as it was so cold and was on our way. Thanks for being so thoughtful. Schuyler County needs your type of kindness.

Was very pleased with my experience at Druker Auto. As an elderly woman, I feel many take advantage but they treated me great and my vehicle was done expeditiously. So glad I was told of this place.
