The owner was very rude! He unloaded my pickup that has a ladder rack. While unloading the magnet went under the rack and he wasn't paying attention! Proceided to lift the scrap out and bent the rack . I showed him what he did and said it was my fault because of the way I loaded the truck! Wouldn't even say sorry. Great way to loose a customer!
