The driver that came and towed for us had some good driving skills!

While arranging the arrival of a wrecker they were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful in making sure I got the right one for the job. When their truck arrived, the driver was friendly, informative, and very conscientious and meticulous in loading my pick-up on their Flat Bed Wrecker. They come HIGHLY recommended by me and they will be the first ones I think of if I ever need wrecker services again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This man is lower than low. My car got towed and impounded on Thursday, my boyfriend did everything he needed to to get my car back. I’m not able to take time off of work due to the pandemic we’re short staffed. He told my boyfriend if he got a paper signed by me and a copy of my drivers license, he did that and went to pick up the car. The man then told him, he needed it notarized, but then closed the shop so he had no time to do that. My car sat for the weekend, this morning was Monday morning, I took the day off (costing me more money), we tried to call him multiple times this morning starting at 8am to get my car, he never answered. The website lists “24 hours”, we drove down there, no one was there. At 12:30, my boyfriend called the shop again and he finally answered, we agreed on meeting at 1pm, he got there a little after us and made a comment about me finally being there, and I said this could’ve happened sooner if he would’ve told my boyfriend he needed the paper notarized, he then started BELLIGERENTLY screaming at us, in the ice and rain after we had been waiting HOURS. I called the police because he was refusing to release my car. We finally got it taken care of, someone else came down because he’s too much of a child to act like a business owner. He’s absolutely disgusting. Worse person I’ve ever had an interaction with. He doesn’t deserve to have a business license.Service: Car towing

Didn't use them for a good reason, but couldn't ask for a better company to tow my car after a wreck. Very polite, understanding and professional! Thanks Chris for a job well done!
