I wish I could give this place 6 stars! About a month before my car broke down, I went to a Honda dealership to check for general repairs. They took my car for a week and guess what, they messed it up! I was on vacation going to Beaver's Bend State Park and it stopped in Broken Bow. They arrived right on time and towed our car after taking a look at it. Mechanic immediately looked at it and tried to find something. We were on vacation for 3 days, so it was worrying when he couldn't immediately find the problem. One of the kind Eskews offered to drop us off at our cabin around 20-30 minutes away and kept conversation. Our car was fixed the next day. They did what the Honda dealership did in a week in one day. Definitely 5/5 stars.Services: Engine repair, Car towing

Ben from Eskew was so phenomenal I wanted to leave a second review. Arrived right on time despite me being stuck on a mountain. Absolutely loved the professionalism and the great conversation we had. This is one hard working guy but not only that, he was absolutely gifted and skilled knowing exactly what had to be done to get my truck unstuck. He didn't just rush in, he weighed out possibilities and took a very smart approach in getting it free. He was magical in what he did and I kid you not, there's not a scratch on my vehicle from getting stuck on the rocks or anything and I truly believe that's because of Ben and his hard work. The pricing was very fair and his care and attention to me and my vehicle saved me from spending a ton more in a body shop repairing damages that could've been. Cannot say enough about how happy he made me today. Really got me out of a tough situation and did it in a manner that actually had me enjoying Ben's thinking process and watching him work instead of stressing about the situation. This service is by far the best in McCurtain County. 2nd to none the driver shows up to tow my vehicle less than a mile and repaired the vehicle for me and didn't charge me because I couldn't access my the ATM to get money to pay him. You are the best Around! Love these people they always try to help and treat you with respect and have reasonable prices and care about their customers.

In June 2021 I was involved in a bad accident that destroyed my truck. Mr. Eskew responded to the scene to tow the vehicles. When I told him I lived 1,000 miles away and had no one to help me, he went out of his way to take me to a uhaul truck rental place. He and his staff are very professional and kind. We were just outside Broken Bow when car indicated overheating. Arrived there 30 mins before they closed. They determined the issue to be a broken tube to aux coolant reservoir. When they could not order the part in BB they devised a fix to enable us to drive back to Dallas. 1.5 hours of work and they only charged me for the coolant! Very nice staff. Will not take advantage. Will go the extra mile.
