I travel from Laredo to Carrizo everyday, and unfortunately my car got heat up halfway from Carrizo to Laredo. I called Gilbert, and thankfully he was able to help me without hesitation. He arrived to where I was located in 30 minutes as he mentioned, then towed my vehicle all the way back to Laredo, was even polite to take me to the car rental center. Ever been far from home and stranded on the side of the road with no civilization in sight? That was us, family of four. Gilbert's son from Four Body Shop and Wrecker went out of his way to help us get to an auto parts store, helped us get a new battery, and over to a hotel for the night. Truly over and beyond our expectations. But that's not all! The next day, we knew we needed to get our truck to a dependable service station. So, we called Gilbert from Four Body.....this time Gilbert, the father and owner, came from Carrizo Springs to Eagle Pass for our family and truck and towed us to Del Rio! He did not leave our side until he knew that we had a plan for getting our truck serviced. This is an honest to goodness family business where safety and customer service is top priority! Gilbert from Four Body Shop drove out to Cotulla and arrived by 9:30, and got me to Laredo to an open Firestone -- thanks to USAA, free of charge.
