I first want to apologize for my first review as I had different dealings while at a different employer. I also want to apologize to Mark and the rest of the staff there. After working with friedens collision for close to a year now, I have come to realize they are hard working and very good at their craft. I highly recommend getting your vehicles collision repair or customization work done here. They are well worth of giving them a try.

I had my car into their frame shop for straightening. I dropped it off in the beginning of October. After two weeks we called in to check on the progress. They said they had to order parts and that it would take longer than expected. After another week we called in and the person on the phone said they were not familiar with the situation and would have to talk to the mechanics. Long story short, two weeks later they called that the car was done. Only to then be shocked with a bill over 2 grand. If i had known they were going to charge so much I would have taken my business elsewhere. The frame seems to be properly straightened and passed a four wheel alignment. A few parts seem loose after the job which make noises that were not there before. When questioned about the long wait, the mechanic replied that he has to do other jobs too. Also mentioning that he had to do jobs that keep the roof over his head. This was not a cheap job brake job or something... 2 grand would keep the roof over his head. This business has very poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone unless they want to wait forever and pay through the teeth. They seem to only want the insurance jobs where they can charge what they want.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR TOWING!!!! NOT VERY FRIENDLY ... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... AGAIN EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED TOWING..."OUTRAGEOUS " !!!!!!!
