If you need to get rid of your car FAST then I would recommend this place. Their work hours are a lot longer then the chain cash-for-cars place I first tried, and they're a lot faster when it comes to picking up your car too. What I appreciate the most is their communication. I didn't get a busy signal (which I kept calling for about 2 hrs), have to get transferred several times, or go through a machine like that other, bigger chain company. It was a real person at the other end that picked up after one call. They even texted me to make sure everything was good when I couldn't pick up the phone at work. Not to mention, they get all the paperwork done for you.

The driver was super awesome. Everything was quick and easy. Had an older suv and got cash for it.Funny situation - dropped my license through the wood slats on my porch and couldn't get it at all. The driver pulled up as I was trying to get it and ended up helping me and got it! It was the best customer service and I hope the cold Coca-Cola made up for the inconvenience of a license retrieval.Would highly recommend!!

The whole experience went well. My car was in a tow impound and I really needed it picked up asap because they were charging me $55 every single day! I explained my situation to them and they literally got everything setup and my transaction was completed in a matter of hours! They needed special licensing and permits to be able to pick my car up out of an impound lot per state regulations and they had everything ready and the whole thing went incredibly smooth. They even paid me in CASH! I was really impressed with these guys.

When I called to get a price to sell my broke down car they got back to me within one hour with a firm $100 offer. They picked up my car later that day. Do not call them if you want to sell your non working car. Post it on other websites and someone will come and pickup for way more what they are going to offer. They offered me $130 for my 2011 scion. I ended up getting $1700 for my nom working 'junk' car. They just rip people off.

I wanted to sell my junk car and shopped around for the best price. Junk Cars gave me twice what everyone else was offering and set up the towing at my convenience. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but he was very helpful, professional, and if I have another junk car (I hope not!) I will definitely be contacting him! Excellent experience.
