They shorted me on 40 pounds of short iron only paid me for 20 pounds when it was 60...would not recommend going to this place

Somebody stole my car and sold it to these people with no paperwork. I have the title and it was in my driveway (they came and picked it up!?!?!?), oh but the owner of this place was cool with the cops so no big deal. Meanwhile, no justice for me and they are able to have my car without giving me a dime... shady business if I’ve ever seen it. Valued my car at $400!?!?

Horrible, drove 45 minutes to find out the truck they said they had literally had the chassis, cab, and one coil spring? I've been here many time over the years but I tell you now that isn't much to pick from, it has been picked over pretty good.... 80% of it needs to be crushed and replenished! I give this review in good faith, love the place but there's nothing left!!! Hopefully who ever owns it brings it back to life for us that need it, and the long term clients, and I speak for all of us, we've done our part by continually buying over the years now please show your appreciation and get us some cars to pick from, Thanks

Feel like I'm going nuts with all the 5 star reviews quoting "friendly service"... The first (and only) time I stopped in, the guy at the counter absolutely refused to speak to my fiancée, and would only respond when I asked questions. She says hello, nothing. I say hello, "What can I do for you?" She asked about the make and model of her car, he just stared at the me. I literally asked the same question, and he responded. She asked again, and he refused to say a word. We ended up just walking out, can't speak for the selection, never coming back.

Had to call 6 times to finally get a answer then when i asked about a part the guy fed me bunch of excuses on why hes not sure if they had the part or not then told me he would call me back in 20 minutes all the while i let him kno my vehicle was broke down onside the road... terrible terrible service and oh yea did he call me back? No he did not GOOD TO GO has fallen off lately... more like GOOD FOR NOTHIN auto

Went to the Bay St Louis yard Feb 5th 2019, and was very disappointed, don't know if they are closing or what but I'll say there were no more than 25-30 cars total and that's probably giving them too much credit...none the less there was not much to choose from.Guy asked what I was looking for, gave him 4 models and they didn't have squat. Don't waste your time going here.Pictures on the web are a different location or from when they were in their hay day:(

Went in to get tires. Paid the gate fee. Found the tires I needed & they wouldn't move cars around to get to the car that had my tires. People aren't allowed to bring in jacks to get what they need. But was told if they had someone move the cars around they would charge us!!! Are you serious??!! The front end loader was moving around in the yard already anyways. So its not like it was an inconvenient time!! They are just worried about getting your gate fee... They don't have to work for that. Just sit there!!!

I've used this place several times every time i return its always a great experience and light on my wallet and there customer service us exceptional
