The most rudest and horrible customer service around. Please do not hire Graham Waste stay away from this company. They miss pick ups could care less about there customers. Look at the reviews 3.1 .

Horrible customer service by the accounting department. Charging our credit card without our consent (and stored our credit card information without our consent which violates consumer privacy laws) for an invoices that they won't provide us, can't back up the charges, and have intentionally omitted from our monthly statements. As a fellow CPA, I tried to discuss this rationally with their accounting department, and she was immediately rude and hostile, and would not answer my questions. We had to cancel our credit cards to cut them off because they pulled $1,000 from our account without consent or notice. I am in this industry and we have never run a customers credit card without their permission, as it IS ILLEGAL. Tried contacting the owner, and never got a call back

The worst customer service. If you have a complaint don't expect anyone to resolve it. I cancelled service with Graham Waste in the beginning of June because I sold my house. I asked that they pick up their barrels. I asked again, and again and again and again and again and again. Nine telephone calls and two months later, Graham Waste can't manage to get someone out to the house to remove the barrels that are now on the new owner's property. The folks who answer the phone are rude and condescending. "We're doing the best we can. We're trying to find someone to help you. We'll be there tomorrow. We're limited in what we can do., etc. etc."Somehow Graham Waste can manage to drop off barrels if you're a new customer but they can't retrieve them if you quit. You can check out but you can never leave.

I have had a great experience using Graham Waste for nearly 3 years. I have never had a problem with anything. They were understanding and patient with me when I missed a payment when my bank account changed. When I've called there they have been very nice and professional. They have never missed us. Several times we forgot to put our trash out on the street and the guys have never failed to come grab it from my side yard. They even put it back! And I'm not someone that needs to be cared for, for example if they knew I was elderly. But they don't know me at all and they do it anyway. Today was another example of it which reminded me to write this review! Thank you Graham! I recommend them.

All I can say is WOW!!!! Do not do business with this company. They have NO regard for customer service, old fashion values or their job. They go around with no routes and pick up trash at all different times each week. I am a little sad to write this because the workers that pick up the trash have always been the sweetest to my kids when they go by, but I can not ignore how awful the office is. (My wallet was stolen so my quarterly payment was not made- as its set up as automatic withdrawals) with no phone call to let me know they did not pick up my trash. When I called to inquire she told me it was not her problem and hung up on me twice. Told me it was not her problem that I have 5 kids and 2 under 2, told me it was not her problem that my wallet was stolen.... which is all irrelevant because all I was trying to do is update my credit card information to charge my account and move on. To treat another human being like this over a quarterly 179 dollars. Shame on them. I REALLY chose them because I wanted to support small, local business... I guess that is what I get. Sad day!

Rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. The women in the office are extremely condescending. Pickup is constantly late. Have literally nothing good to say about this company or the employees. Service: Junk removal

Graham Waste drivers continue to ignore the 2 1/2 ton Exclusions on Old Oak Street Pembroke, and Union and Pine streets in Marshfield. Our neighborhood has been terrorized by this companies trucks for the last sixteen years, despite repeated calls by residents. Neither Paul Barry, nor their operations manager, seem to have the power to control their drivers. I have their trucks on CCTV, doesn’t bother them at all. Have their truck this morning at 6:57 rounding the corner of Union and Pine Street. How dowe stop this banging and clanging of their trucks on streets they are not supposed to be using? Help!!!

Terrible service.i will never use this company again. Dispatcher told me because my company does not do enough volume. They kept me waiting to swap my dumpster. Dispatcher was rude and condescending. Driver was told and shown where to put the container had a attitude put it where I didn't want itAvoid this company like the plague
