I’m from Texas, and I’m currently in the process of moving to Deridder. I’ve brought my car here twice, once for an oil change, and the second time for maintenance. I love the friendly staff, and love how they had an answer to every concern that I had. They do not leave a stone unturned when you bring your car in. I will definitely keep my business here.

This place is a joke! They changed the oil in my wife’s 2021 Tahoe and once we picked it up we realized it was a quart and a half low of oil. Once I called to see what could be done the guy basically said it was my word against theirs. No help was offered, I wouldn’t buy water from this organization in a drought!

Sales im sure is a good part of their business, but if you are looking for a job... If they dont know you or want you, then it seems as though they really dont care. Employee was rude, he got me an application but definitely made me feel as though i was wasting his time and bothering him...

Do NOT use this dealership. I am travelling to Lake Charles to get service that is willing to work with my time. This dealership is unprofessional and has made my simple fix on my 2014 1500 a complete nightmare. I am do NOT recommend that you use their business.The Manager was very unfriendly and the service was not acceptable!
