Extremely bad customer service. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and bossy. The cars are all lemons, but they try to sell them overpriced and tack on additional prices for "maintenance" once the contract has been signed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am making this review AGAIN so people know to stay far, far away from these awful people. Griffith Credit Sales are nothing but a bunch of liars and cheats. “Becca”, who we often get when we try to make our payments is rude and hateful and honestly should not be working with their company, and often says things that an employee should have no right to say to a customer. But considering she still works there despite multiple people reporting her for her hateful tone, that shows how much they truly value their customers opinions.They sold my fiancé a horrible truck. Upon selling it to him, they claimed that they had it “inspected” and made him wait several hours for this “inspection”. The tires were worn almost bald due to a pre-existing alignment issue (which they failed to tell him about upon it being “inspected”), and they didn’t even offer to replace them before they sold him the truck. They told him it would be his problem. They saw someone in need of a vehicle as soon as possible and took advantage of that. They sold him this truck, with the bald tires, the parts rusting off of the bottom, and so many other issues and refused to fix any of this (or mention some of them) before they sold it to him. Later on, when he was attempting to pull out of the driveway of our home, one of the wheels snapped off. Explain how that happens? He called to complain, stating that this truck shouldn’t have passed inspection, and they claimed they were “under new management” and had no record of it every being inspected by them. They offered him a deal where they would fix it if he paid them EVEN MORE MONEY. Didn’t offer to trade out his vehicle with one of equal or lesser value. In fact, they told him that would be “impossible”. Did nothing to help him, and it cost him almost a grand to fix a problem they were aware of and stayed silent about upon selling it to him. Do not buy anything from these people. They are dishonest and will do anything to protect their business and make themselves look good. Nothing but a company of LIARS AND CHEATS who have done nothing but conduct business of questionable legality. If you wish to conduct business with a reasonable and friendly company, this place is not for you. However, if you enjoy being lied to and screwed over, have at it.WE PLAN ON SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST GRIFFITH CREDIT SALES.

Had the best experience buying a car here. Friendly and honest was my experience. Car was the best and still driving it 3 years later.
