I enlisted Hagen’s junk removal to help my parents clear out their garage. Taylor and Jake were so friendly, professional, and did an AMAZING job! They even took the time to sweep out the garage after removing everything. Prices were very reasonable and my parents were happy to have their garage back! We’d definitely hire Hagen’s again in the future.

Taylor was awesome! Kristin at their office was lovely and very helpful! Taylor had a helper that was great too, can’t remember his name. They came out took everything I wanted gone in less than 20 minutes, were very respectful of my home and super kind to my dogs. I’m sure Hagen’s is very good with regular junk, but totally not helpful if you are trying to dispose of old iPads. I drove to their location which turned out to be a residence. I parked and called. The lady that answered said I needed to make an appointment and their minimum pickup fee was $109.00. I said I was at their address and could leave on the porch. She said no, and to make an appointment. Electronic devices have a lot of recyclable materials in them. They also contain toxic materials as well. I finally found CPR who took the iPads - no charge. They gladly took my two iPads to be stripped down and recycled. As for Hagens’s $109.00 charge to pick up two iPads, I think it’s a bit high. They also didn’t live up to their claim of being eco-friendly. Every junk collector should be willing to recycle old electronic devices.

I needed a couch and dresser removed ASAP and I was able to schedule a pick-up for the following morning. A no non-sense type of company that provides exceptional service.

Hagen's was fantastic to work with, they were flexible with the eviction process, basically cleaning out the unit once, then returning the next day to load and haul it away! Squeezing us in to an already full schedule! They worked hard and finished in a very timely manner. In addition, they were completely professional and friendly! We had a side yard that we kept filling with junk. Kids got new beds, old ones went to the side yard. Needed to replace things in the motor home and the old stuff went in the side yard. Anything we wanted to get rid off landed there.This company did great. Was upfront on pricing in person and prices are listed on the website. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Communication was great, always kept me informed, and let me know when they were on the way. They were very professional and got the job done quick.
