I deal with Hardy's quite often. their price is extremely competitive. the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The parts I have purchased have always been correct and in great working condition. Hardy's is a great place to buy parts and save money versus buying new parts. I highly recommend them to all.

Nice guy working the counter. Reasonable price on a working part. They pull for you. A bit out of the way, but a nice drive. They had the mirror, in the right color, for my son's 09 Jetta in stock and ready for me when I got there. It worked and outlasted the car.

Very very bad communication, after transactions had accured. I purchased a engine from the seller on eBay. I found out that I couldn't make the engine work. I contacted the seller notified that I was returning and they said 20%, fine. I used my shipping distributor and on Nov 13 the engine shipped out. It was coming from NC to NY . So I gave it till the 16th. Promptly arrive on that date. So I gave the process of checking and processing the item maybe two to three days not anything longer and this was during the weekday. Minus the process date of the weekend so I waited to To the beginning of that following week being the holidays were soon but that following thrusday. Point being I gave these guys a, week and a half to receive my money being I was paying them todo this anyway. 150 dollars.. this is ridiculous won't stop because I paid 750 for the engine and am due 600 but haven't seen or heard from anyone.

Counter clerk guy likes to rip people off by not disclosung the damage on a part and expects you to pay for taking it off the vehicle. Worst customer service out of many junk yards and part stores ive been too.
