Pretty good deals and you don't pull your own parts and that's fine for me!

The first time I did business at harmony they sold me a strut with a bent mounting point, which was unusable, then refused to refund me for it and yelled when I suggested it was poor business practice. With that I decided not to return, but recently I was unable to find a replacement rim for my car and was told by another yard that they had one in stock. I bought one from them but they were extremely rude throughout the process, yelling and putting me on hold when I didnt know the answer to a question over the phone. I highly recommend Brian Horners in sugar grove if you can help it (cheaper and better service). Just call harmony and you'll understand how awful they are.

The staff seemed friendly enough. But, Customers aren't allowed in the yard. They have a small selection of vehicles. And they Didn't have what I needed.
