We went yesterday to buy a piece for a lawnmower. My husband called the office to ask about a part. The phone wasn't answered so we put it in the truck and brought it to the office. We got fussed at by a worker about doing that and when we went to the office the owner practically said we were trying to steal it. When my husband told him he called and no answer the owner got upset and told him to never do that again. So things are good. Then my husband tells him what he wants off the mower. The man says ok that will be $5. So he goes back in the office while my husband proceeds to remove the parts. When my husband is done the owner comes out with a bad attitude and tells my husband that he took off way more than he said and starts cussing him out. This goes on for a few minutes then my husband asks him how much he wants for it. The owner jacks up the price and when my husband counters the owner tells him he's not selling it to put it all back and leave and never come back. So I get out of the truck and grab the stuff and throw it back out on the mower. The man after cussing and carrying on tells us in a nice way to have a nice weekend. I told him I will because I will never have to see him again.I will never go back there nor will my husband. If you want customers you treat them with respect and don't cuss at them. But this guy obviously hasn't been taught about that.

I scored this place a 1 star only bc you have to at least give that to write a review. The owner of this place is a complete ass!!! We have done business here for years and today was our last! I simply asked a question about the price for steel per lb /per 100lb to compare what I was told over the phone, only to be cussed out and called several disrespectful names! I was given the excuse that he was having a bad day from him only once my husband got out and told him what he said was out of line. As a business owner myself , I would never speak to my customers the way he did me. Your customers "Sir", are what in turn makes you money, pays your bills, puts food on your table and clothes your disgusting self! I hope all who read this take note and take their business elsewhere. If he has a problem answering questions about his business and prices that they give especially when he is "having a bad day" he should have someone in charge of handling such said situations. Knowledge is power and no question is a stupid question!

Dropped off 2 vehicles here. The process was very easy and the workers were friendly. Will definitely return with more scrap metal in the future.

These people don't like public feedback and if you think you will be treated as a customer u will not the office smelled of dog fecies and then I was shorted on my metal weight because the lady suspected I didn't go through the right junk trail for drop off. . It's a public buisness you have to serve public I wish someone would have these people looked in on
