My husband has done business with them for over 20 years. According to he and our son, you can't beat them, and the owner is one fantastic fella! They always get great service, as well as fantastic prices. You just can't beat them when it comes to tires and rims, and excellent alignment services. With great prices and excellent service, it's no wonder that Giant tire resides there!

As usual a pleasurable experience. Their courtesy and service is unmatched..they strive for perfection and there is a reason I come back for all my vehicles tire needs. Just like my grandaddy taught me all those years ago. If you have a tire need or tire issue Hester's can solve it quickly and with minor expense and with quality products.

I will begin by saying everyone I interacted with was friendly and I am 100% satisfied with the tires, the price, and the efficient completion of the work. Having said that, there needs to be a better system in place for managing time and a system of checks and balances for processes. My dad called to request the order be placed for the tires I needed two days prior to my coming to get them put on. He told the gentleman with whom he spoke that I'd arrive by 9am. He was told no problem. I arrived at 8:57 to be told there was no ticket for me and asked who I spoke to. I had to call my dad to ask who he spoke to and what the conversation was and I had to request they check to be sure the tires had even been ordered since there was no ticket generated. I drove two and a half hours from Durham to then have to sit in my car and wait nearly THREE hours to get the tires. The ladies at the desk were perfectly polite, but it is unacceptable this happened. I was also really taken aback that in the midst of a pandemic while we are under statewide orders to wear masks to protect one another that not a single soul had on a mask in a retail operation that gets a LOT of foot traffic from the public. (Of course, I realize the guys working on the cars didn't need to have on masks while doing their work but when they approach customers to talk about the work after it has been done, they do. That is close proximity!) I was wearing my mask, of course, but this flagrant disregard for the face coverings order is very irresponsible in the middle of a public health crisis that is taking lives. Again, I was thrilled with the price and the work, once it commenced, was speedy, but I will not return here.

Never had a bad experience here. I've been here for tires, car inspections, and random odd questions about tractors and such. As you might expect in small-town America... good, friendly, honest service.

Good deal on4 tires very busy place

Very good service. My tire had been loosing air, only had 20lbs nitrogen in it. They changed a bad air stem and put 15 lbs of nitrogen in my tire and didn't charge me anything. I've paid out $25.00 to a place in Etown in the last 3 weeks. They did nothing but collect my money. So Thank you Hester tire so much. I'll be getting my tires from you from not on. Merry Christmas to you and you staff.
