their prices beat anybody elses on a rear end for a pickup, and did not require a core exchange on top. ive worked with a few salvage yards in the past that were quite difficult, and these guys over here helped me out a lot. thanks!

Ordered part for my wife's car paid ahead of time part came in waited an hour to be able to get part then had to go outside to get the part and the gentleman got it for me in 5 minutes need to improve your customer service

After 14 days of continuous calling , and speaking to almost everyone in that store about a refund of 106 dollars , Mike , Micheal or Whoever else I talked to they finally admitted to making a mistake , never got a call back they never let me know what was going on and could Not give me cash for some reason even thou all other stores do . I’ve worked in places where the same money transaction are made if there’s a problem with returning money to their customers they are given cash or store credit yet Hi-Way Auto parts thought it was to complex !! Service is great as long as you’re not trying to make things hard for them .
