They took good care of my elderly father's car. Fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. It is an added bonus that they can also tow your vehicle to the shop for you.

My nephew is a disabled vet. He was in a terrible accident and his car was towed by Hill. They were the rudest most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. They tried to scam him at every turn. The only reason they are getting one star is because I can't give them 0 stars. Everyone was rude for John the owner, to Robin the office lady, and the driver. Very professional very honest. Had my spark plugs changed due to a misfire in the engine. They even checked my car for safety recalls and found two safety recalls that I was not aware of. The owner John is a very personable guy.

Uhaul rental was very easy to access. The shop had guys help load the trailer and check lights. Great costumer service.

An excellent experience after sitting on the side of the road for hours to have car towed, of which was no fault of theirs. Staff was kind and professional and highly resourceful with an excellent sense of humor. I would recommend and use them again.

I will say the staff seemed kinda nice but I left the shop with more issues than I came in with. To top it off, they said they couldn't look at it again to fix their mistakes until their boss came in the next day when I said my car didn't start and I said I didn't have that problem before. Not dealing with this company again...I'll go back to my regular mechanic, even if they charge a little more.

Very nice people, but that wasn't the problem. They fixed my radiator hose... only to find out that they took all the bolts off the radiator and forgot to put them back on. They said the problem was the frame was bent. So I set an appointment with a body shop. When I told them I would take it somewhere else, they said it wasn't the frame. Now they said it was the motor mounts. They said I needed 5 and there was only 3... The dealer ship said my car only has 3 motor mounts. I called Hills and they said they would fix it if I wanted... But I said, No thank you. I will never go there again.

Came in because car was misfiring, they charge you $75 to diagnose you're car. Anyway, came in there very early morning, No one was in the desk and then two mechanics come inside, and didn't even say a word and acted as if I were not there. Staff was very rude, receptionist was the only friendly person there. I decided to not let them try to order a $240+ part I "Needed" just because I did not feel comfortable with it, Went to go pick up the car the next day, they "Forgot" To connect one of the injector connectors and my car was moving at like 5mph, Stopped on the freeway, checked the engine and that's how we found out. Look else where for a car service.

overcharged just to break something else in your car so you come back. will make excuse that being a mechanic is “hard” but that’s what we’re overcharged for? because you don’t know what you’re doing? i wouldn’t suggest this place to my worse enemy because dying in a car crash is never the way to go
