Deceptive business practices. Confirmed the color code of the fender prior to purchase, noted light scratches. Part is completely different shade, the "light scratches" as described are failing clear coat and trying to save money I ended up with a part that I'll need to repaint. Waste of time, money and resources. Ignored follow up email after the part was received.

HPC will be my new go-to place for parts for my car if needed. Tony took his time answered all the questions for me was very much appreciated. The young lady working the front desk was very good as well forgot to ask her her name. Even the tow truck driver hanging out in the office was pretty cool. Thanks guys five stars well deserve

I only wish I could leave a 10 star review! I ordered an overhead console from HPC through eBay for my 06 Acura. I made an offer and Wade accepted it at a fair price for both of us. He then kindly agreed to send it by UPS instead of USPS because I needed it quickly. It arrived on time and it was in great condition, but unfortunately, the HFL chip wasn't working. I contacted Wade again to see if he had another one available. He responded that not only did he have the part, but he would send it to me without cost to replace the first one! I was blown away by that level of customer service. That's how you earn a great reputation and loyal customers. I'm so happy I found HPC Import Salvage and they are my new go to store for parts. Called and spoke to a gentlemen about an 2008 Acura RL engine advertised online and was told it had 121k miles (still in the car). I told him I'd call back while I do my own research. I ran the vin on carfax the miles showed to be at 186k on 10/3/20. I called a second time to inquire about the same engine and was told it has 146k. I asked if the miles were verified and the lady that answered said they usually look at oil change stickers.. I bought an a/c compressor from them and was bad, but didn't even bother to call them back on it. Decided to give them a second chance and I'm lied twice about the miles.

Do not go here. They told me they have a jdm b16a starter, i drive all the way there and dude tries to give me a ls integra starter(different part number aswell). Armature is way shorter then the one i have, then he tries to tell me he has owned 10 Japanese imported delsols and i dont know what im talking about...

Tony is the man. These guys are so much better than Honda dealerships. Will never go to a dealership again after dealing with these guys.

I called and asked if they had a part explained that I just came from another place that sold me one that didn’t work that wasn’t a hour away from me.... drove the hour back and it would take me another hour to get there, I come wait for about 25 mins for them to come back and tell me someone must’ve stole the part the assured they had, waisted a lot of gas and time..... Would not Recommend
