    Could even get a word in without the receptionist to explain what I was looking to have done. I ended up terminating the call. Called back and asked for a manager (was not put on hold). Heard her yell; “Jason that lady who got mad and hung up on me is not the phone again!” He introduced him self and I started to explain what I was looking to get done. He cut me off while talking and started asking me other questions about insurance claims. I AGAIN asked if I could just explain what I was looking to get done. He responded with an “OH MY GOD!!!” After that I firmly excused myself from the call and said I was taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I was trying to keep my business local and help small town business but after that experience...I would rather drive to the dealership of my preference to get this done.
