These guys and mechanics have been so helpful. I've dealt with them only twice and they have gone above and beyond to help or to figure out the issue so they can help. They are very nice, very helpful! I would recommend them over any shop in the state. Appreciate the work yall do and keep up the positive and helpful attitudes! Its refreshing!

Horrible customer service on the phone I spoke with Gregory who sounded like he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I called 5 times between 8:30 and 3:30 about a car that was supposed to be picked up every time i talked to them it was something different count give a straight answer and did not have a clue what was going on. Did not apologize or anything. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called about a part and it was supposed to have been ordered. After about a week of not hearing anything from them I called and was told that the guy I dealt with wasn't there at the moment but would call me back. I waited the rest of the afternoon for a call back that never came. I cancelled the order although I have my doubts that it ever got ordered in the first place. Very bad customer service.

The tall guy with his wife's scarf is very helpful and informative. HE helped me get my 2014 Prius battery replaced and that helped me a lot. They gave me the lowest price possible and im so glad that guy was there to help me.

Went in today to ask for the price for an engine swap for my father's truck, and the employee at the counter argued with me about it. Then the employee started making fun of me like I was a child... Needless to say I won't ever be returning to this store ever.

Great place for used auto parts and miscellaneous accessories and a good selection of low priced car stereos. Used tires are $25 a piece plus tax ( that's cheap). They offer installation on all parts including engines and transmissions w/warranty. Priced to compete.

I Would give them 0 stars if possible. The tall guy wearing his wife's scarf on his head was rude. He told me I did not know what I was talking about, the engine in my truck could not be swapped out.. I am a retired disabled Mechanic. I have 35 years experience. Unlike him II know what I'm talking about. Two weeks ago I called and got a $1000 quote, Today it is impossible.

It is a great place to find new or used parts at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
