I tried to use them but it was so difficult that I ended up finding someone else. They only take cash and cannot take credit card. They also do not even have a GPS. You have to give them actual directions to where you are, which makes it really difficult.

My car was towed because I left it overnight at Dr Doster’s office. I was in too much back pain to drive home. The next day my car is gone. I get info on the tow company and call to pick it up with my wife. The lady who answered said the guy with the key to the lot was sleeping and the key was in his pocket. I had to call back later. It only got worse. The owner was out of it on opioids (this is what I was told), also they only take cash and there was no safe place to park to pick up my car. Please do not use this company to tow from your lot. I should have told the doctors office I could not drive my car home, I was in tooo much pain to think straight. Regardless, this company is completely unprofessional and I was lucky to get out alive.
