Liars. Don't trust what they say. I was told by George they don't sell anything but quality parts. I drove from Pittsburgh to get a gas tank that was supposed to be in grade A condition. It looked like somebody jumper on it repeatedly. Somebody needs to go back to school and find out what a grade A is.

The staff was nice even though they normally don't load the parts into your truck I ordered a big part and the staff went against policy just to help me cuz they seen I couldn't do it by myself I appreciated that

very bad customer service.this is the first place i ever wrote a review about.the woman there are very rude.i purchase a strut for a saab first it was over prices it broke in less then three months.i took it back they gave me a hard time before they even honored the warranty.i get another strut something is wrong also wrong with the other strut.i call and told them right away.and they told me its nothing they can do.never ever go here for used parts they will give you grieve about over prices used parts.i dont wanna give them a star at all.that guy that posted five stars he must work for them cause they are pitiful.
