Quality, Prompt, Professional Service. We had an issue with a rental car, and the rental company sent Island Towing out to retrieve the vehicle. The driver was prompt, professional and courteous. I also very much appreciated that I left my brand new Oakley Sunglasses in the car, and when I contacted them they promptly retrieved them, and kept them safe for me for pick-up. I was in an accident 700 miles from home and Island towing did a great job helping me out. I really wish I caught the name of the man and woman that hooked up my truck. I also had a camper so they sent another truck to pick that up. Scott was helping us with that and he was very kind and patient with us. They towed the truck and camper to our hotel and were very patient while we unloaded the truck and put our stuff in the camper. Thank you for being great people. Very friendly and easy to work with. My 6 ton truck hauling a 5 ton cargo trailer broke down on the interstate in a precarious and easily dangerous position for towing. The tow company dispatched two trucks to haul each vehicle away. They were well organized, on time, extremely experienced and made it look easy. If I need a tow company in Grand Island again, there is no hesitation that I will use Island Towing. Thanks to them everything is safely back home.

My vehicle was impounded by the police and This towing company towed it. 2 days later I went to pick up my vehicle and now it doesn’t want to turn on. I never had a problem with my vehicle before. I called them and they told me that they’re not mechanics so they can’t tell me what is wrong with it. Apparently they are not responsible for the vehicles that they damage. How’s it possible that an operable vehicle that I use everyday breaks down after being towed? Now I have to pay a towing company (Absolutely not them) to take my vehicle to the mechanic.

BEST TOWING COMPANY AROUND! Hands down the best company I’ve ever dealt with. They got out to me right away, towed me over an hour! And for a great price! I couldn’t have gotten luckier with these guys! Mathew and Grant are the nicest guys! And funny conversationists! You won’t be disappointed!

The experience with this company was HORRIBLE! My insurance company referred me over to them (did not have road side assistance ). I called to have a tire changed. It took 20 minutes and they arrived, this was the only thing I was pleased with. However, they put a hold on my credit card for $50 which I've had to call about twice. Once they changed the tire which cost $175 for a tire change, I went about a mile to get a new tire and found out they lost the lock bolt which I need to take off all the tires. Called them they said it was put in the trunk with the rest of the items (which were the Only items in the trunk). The women answering phones was beyond rude and could careless. She actually said "drive to our company and the guy will show you where he put it" the most ignorant thing that could of been said! I have already as of now paid $225 for a tire change and was in Lincoln. I really want to spend more time and money, they need to come to me and show me where it is! Horrible experience!! I wouldn't recommend this company to a single person!!

My insurance company chose these guys to tow my non working car to my mechanic. My agent told me they would call when they got to the car and then tow it to the mechanic. They did not call and they towed it to the wrong place. They are not completely to blame, as I did not talk to them directly. However that being said, they should have called me when they reached my car or when they were on the way to my car, to make sure they had the right instructions.

A third party vendor for road side assistance provided Island with the wrong address. After attempting to blame us, the customer, Scott and his company spent 3 hours advocating on our behalf to cover the extended cost due to their error. Any time I need a tow, or friends look for recommendations, I will send them to Island every time. Being treated like a family member, rather than a customer, is worth not having to shop around. Thank you!
