So Jack Powell Ford made my experience extremely good. I traveled about 700 miles to purchase my truck and I was in and out. My sales man and the finance manager were the bomb. RVing nearby and our truck check engine light came on. Drove in and talked to the Service Manager. Despite their scheduled workload, they were able to get my truck in and give me a written statement to the problem. Re-set my dash check engine light and told us we good to return back to Abilene. Top-notch service and friendly staff.
