I CAN NOT express how happy I am with Travis and Jaguar Junk Removal. I called one of the other junk removal companies first and I have regretted it ever since. The other company promised me 2 crews and multiple loads throughout the day. I got a text the day before confirming my appt, but only for two hours. When the ONE crew showed up, I was told they had no idea about two crews and multiple trips and could make one trip and NO MORE. Panicking, as I had to be out in three days, I turned to Jaguar Junk Removal. I spoke to Travis and he said that he could help me out. I spoke to him Friday morning and he was able to fit me in within 2 days. Travis is extremely professional, calling me with updates and sending pictures. Jaguar is literally HALF the cost of the other guys. The job was completed ahead of schedule. Travis even called and asked if he could recycle some of my items to help out the community. I, of course, agreed. The other guys told me they did that as well - when I asked them onsite, they said they didn't have time and it was all going to the dump. I called Travis the beginning of the week. He said he would be come up on A certain day & did. They were fast & efficient. They brought the stuff from my storage down to the truck and I was able to go through them as I was looking for certain items. He quickly went thru them again b4 handing them over, as he knew I was looking for some items. He even called me after delivering them to let me know he didn't find the items. I had several antiques that were older then 100 yrs that he was taking to a collector. He knew that my letting go of the items was very upsetting as most of them were my dad's. He called me 2 days after to tell me he hadn't found any of the stuff I wanted.
