I ordered a silver tailgate for a 2009 Honda Ridgeline from JC two weeks ago. I had been looking for several months but they are very hard to find, especially in the right color and with little-to-no damage.The tailgate arrived out-of-State in less than 5 days via common carrier and was in pristine condition (A+), with no shipping damage, or previous damage or rust.JC was also kind enough to leave most of the hardware mounted to the shipped tailgate, which only helped with the install.I put the tailgate on my truck yesterday and couldn't be more happy......works perfect and looks great......and it was priced extremely competitive.

Nice/helpful employees, well stocked. My fiance got into an accident and needs her car for her job, so I couldn't wait for someone to order what I needed. I needed a rim and a couple of tires. Had everything I needed and had everything ready to go when I got there. Will come back when I need any more parts

I ordered an axel from this company for my truck a couple weeks ago. Usually when you buy something the company inspects it and makes sure it’s good quality/good shape before they sell it to a customer. My girlfriend went to pick up the part while I was at work and when I got home I realized that the axel was worn and broken and definitely wouldn’t work safely for my truck or anybody’s for that matter. I called the company and one person said they would refund my money if I brought it back. I called back to verify before I brought it back and “Rich” the man I talked to was rude and disrespectful to me, telling me I should “inspect the part before I buy it” how can I inspect the part? As a customer you should be able to trust that a company is doing their job and making sure that they are providing the best product and services before they sell you something. In my experience the customer comes first and a company like JC’s should be worried about making things right, especially when they sell someone a bad product. I’m dumbfounded that someone in Rich’s position would speak to a customer the way he did, and to back on his word about a refund. I definitely won’t be going back to this company, nor would I recommend buying anything from them.

These people are amazing! We were driving back from Paducah, Kentucky to St. Joseph, Missouri with my 3 year old and 1 year old and we blew a brake line and even though they had a full shop and had jobs in place for the next week they still got us in and fixed the leak they really do care about there customers!

JC Auto is a an excellent company worthy of your business.I was in need of a very hard to find part. I had searched the country and called everywhere. I found out JC might have the part I needed through database from a company in Utah. I called them up and they went out of their way to ensure it was the exact part I needed for my truck. They even went out to the lot to take photos for me. I was skeptical because I wasn't local and needed it shipped to me over state lines, miles away. JC promised the part was the right one and offered to pay return shipping if it didn't work out. Well it worked out and it was a perfect fit.The story didn't end there... the part I recieved was not perfect due to a hard to see broken retainer clip. I found a GM store sold a replacement clip for $20. I contacted JC (because they gave me their word) and they refunded me the $20 necessary to replace the clip.Honest business and I definitely recommend them. A $950 dollar repair job cost me $200 thanks to JC Auto. Thanks!
