I ordered a part from him which was the best price in Lufkin and Nacogdoches, but due to a delivery delay I didn't get the part in the time frame he promised. Jesse personally apologized and made sure that I was refunded my money. Any other place would not have done that for me at all. He made sure that I was satisfied! After calling around to several east Texas salvage yards, I began to despair that I wouldn't be able to replace my broken driver's seat. But then I went to Jesse's Bigfoot Auto Parts. Jesse was extremely friendly and helpful. Although he didn't have my driver's seat in stock, he was able to order it from another yard, something none of the other salvage yards offered to do.
