This is a great garage! The mechanic Greg was super knowledgeable and able to help us with a difficult problem on a 1983 Airstream. Jim is honest and his operation is run really well. The tow truck drivers as well. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommended.

They helped us so much, worked around a few things to get a tow truck to us asap so we could get off the Rd and our children some place safe. Fixed our vehicle and didn't try to get more money by telling us the things we should fix next.

I love Jim's! They are very trustworthy and efficient. I have been using them for a few years. Glad I found them. Being a woman I was afraid that I was going to be taken advantage of. They were actually less expensive than what I thought and did a great job with repairs. Would definitely give them 5 stars

This place is awesome! I loaned my daughter our car to go on a trip and it overheated 150 miles from home. AAA towed it to Jim's and it was just hose clamps. I'm from out of town but they treated me honestly and fixed it reasonably. They also pointed out a tire that was separating that I had fixed at a tire place. The Lord spared my daughter from a tire blowout accident and sent me an honest mechanic too. Can't say enough.

It’s dangerous to post a review before the job iscomplete & you’ve gotten your vehicle back.However, Jim’s has been very professional, friendly & honest. I’ve had a lot of experiencewith auto repair companies, small quick jobs tobig expensive rebuilds. Bottom line is if you have a problem with your vehicle, take it there. What they tell you is true. What they charge youis fair. I would send my little 85 yr. old Motherto them. That should say it all.

My son was heading back to Ft Campbell after the holidays. He is in 101st Airborne. His car broke down on the way and he called Jims auto service for help. They got his car to the shop late at night and got him to a hotel. The next day they pickes him up and got his car fixed in time and he was able to make it back to base for formation. I can not say Thank You enough to them. They did a great job.
