The negative reviews are justified. Ordered a 10 yd dumpster, received a 20. Called and spoke with them about it and was told it should be half full, which is some imaginary line they determine. Used it for a pole barn build which was mostly cardboard, scrap tin, and scrap lumber. Container was half full, so I didn't think to take pictures before they picked it up. Received a bill for 50 dollars additional, a month later. Called them and they said it was overweight, and over the imaginary, indeterminate halfway Mark. Really convenient for them to drop off a dumpster twice the size I need, just so they can get shady. Was not going to pay the 50, but decided I'd rather just leave yet another accurate review of their service and customer service.

What has happened to your office staff???? The lady in the offer who is the one to the left when you walk in is THE MOST HORRIBLE PERSON ON THE PLANET. I'm shocked at how she treated my husband the other day. Absolutely shocked. I have worked in customer service my whole life...and You DO NOT treat customers the way she treats people.

Jim’s Mille Lacs Disposal is locally owned and provides multiple services besides simply residential garbage services. The on-site recycling is a great convenience if you have ever wondered how to get ride of an old mattress you can recycle it at their site for $20. Another little known convenience is RV black and grey water disposal which is Free of charge and opened 24/7. A few other helpful services I have found is normal recycling drop off for glass , cans , cardboard, etc. and A roll off service for construction and home waste along with dumpster service for business, and residential.

I just moved into the area and called to setup garbage service. When I called, I found out garbage day was just two days away. Just saw a video of your office manager inter-acting with a paying customer. As a local business owner I'm floored at how you treat your customers. I get some are not cool. I get we all have bad days, but the end of the video when she attacks him verbally says all you need to know about who represents your company... to a customer who paid in advance, mistake or not, paying in advance gets THAT! Paying in advance...

I switched from Ace for several reasons. I have to say I am definitely glad I did. Jim's customer service is a refreshing change: great customer service and pick-up employees!!
